事迹
胡迁林是中国石油和化学工业联合会党委常委、副秘书长，2019年杜仲资源高值化利用产业技术创新联盟成立时出任常务副理事长，与理事长袁仲雪、秘书长王凤菊共同构成联盟领导核心，负责石化系统与杜仲产业的对接协调。
在2019年贵阳论坛上，他系统总结了我国在杜仲育种栽培、杜仲胶提取与应用、综合开发方面取得的进展，也直言行业存在科研资金薄弱、顶层设计缺乏、标准缺失等问题，呼吁对杜仲新产品给予税收优惠并尽快落实杜仲叶药食同源，推动跨界融合、上下游联动。

Story
Hu Qianlin is a Standing Committee member of the Party Committee and Deputy Secretary-General of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation. When the Industry Technology Innovation Alliance for High-Value Utilization of Eucommia Resources was founded in 2019, he became Executive Vice Chairman, forming the alliance's leadership core with Chairman Yuan Zhongxue and Secretary-General Wang Fengju, responsible for coordination between the petrochemical system and the Eucommia industry.
At the 2019 Guiyang forum, he systematically summarized China's progress in Eucommia breeding and cultivation, rubber extraction and application, and comprehensive development, while candidly pointing out problems such as weak research funding, lack of top-level design, and missing standards. He called for tax incentives for new Eucommia products and swift implementation of medicine-food homology status for Eucommia leaves, promoting cross-sector integration and upstream-downstream coordination.
