事迹
李钦（1965-），河南中牟人，博士、教授、研究生导师，河南大学药学院院长。他带领河南大学药学院团队以杜仲活性成分、药理毒理为主攻方向，建设杜仲栽培与利用河南省工程实验室，系统开展杜仲保健功效与安全性的现代评价。
他作为副主编参与编写《中国杜仲橡胶资源与产业发展报告》，主笔杜仲新资源健康食品研究与开发专题，将杜仲叶、杜仲雄花、杜仲籽油的食用化研究与国家新食品原料政策衔接，是杜仲“食药两用”转化的重要学术推动者。

Story
Li Qin (b. 1965), a native of Zhongmou, Henan, holds a PhD and is a professor and graduate supervisor, serving as Dean of the School of Pharmacy, Henan University. Leading the school's team with a focus on the active constituents, pharmacology, and toxicology of Eucommia, he established the Henan Provincial Engineering Laboratory for Eucommia Cultivation and Utilization and systematically conducts modern evaluation of Eucommia's health benefits and safety.
As associate editor, he participated in compiling the Annual Report on China's Eucommia Rubber Resources and Industrial Development, and was the principal author of the special report on Eucommia new-resource health foods, aligning research on the edible use of Eucommia leaves, male flowers, and seed oil with national new food ingredient policy—an important academic promoter of Eucommia's 'medicine-food dual use' translation.
