当杜仲产业加速向华南热区拓展，南方杜仲产业研究院成为桂南的重要支点，林娟担任院长。研究院聚焦南方热区高产栽培与采收加工试验，重点主攻杜仲无抗（替抗）饲料与大健康产品方向，并与高校、国家地方联合工程实验室及主产区研究机构广泛开展合作。
她推动“产业研究 + 成果转化 + 数据服务”的协同模式，让杜仲的资源家底、市场主体与产业机会“看得见、可决策”。在杜仲从中部主产区走向南方热区的新阶段，这是一位产业组织者的接力。

Story
As Eucommia expands into South China’s hot zone, the Southern Eucommia Industry Research Institute has become a key hub in southern Guangxi, with Lin Juan as its director. The institute focuses on hot-zone high-yield cultivation, harvesting and processing trials, targeting antibiotic-free feed and health products, and cooperates widely with universities, national joint engineering labs and institutes in major producing regions.
She advances a model of “research + translation + data services”so that Eucommia’s resource base, market players and opportunities become visible and decision-ready — an industry organizer’s relay as Eucommia moves from central China into the southern hot zone.
