事迹
张永康是吉首大学原副校长、教授，杜仲综合利用技术国家地方联合工程实验室顾问。20余年前他即确定以杜仲翅果为主线的杜仲产业综合开发思路，带领团队发明杜仲翅果转动撕裂式干法脱壳筛选分离装置，攻克翅果脱壳难题，并建立从剥壳、酶解、浸出到冻析干燥的杜仲胶提取成套技术体系，获授权专利20余件，从杜仲翅果壳中制得40%粗胶和98%精胶。
他同时开创了杜仲翅果高值化利用路线：以超临界CO2萃取杜仲籽油生产亚麻酸软胶囊'金雪康'，从籽仁中制备多规格桃叶珊瑚苷产品，并指导企业开发杜仲黑茶固体饮料、杜仲豆腐等食品。作为中国杜仲产业技术创新战略联盟专家委员会副主任，他长期为湖南、贵州、陕西等地杜仲产业提供技术与战略咨询，被誉为杜仲综合利用产业的拓荒者之一。

Story
Zhang Yongkang, former Vice President and professor of Jishou University, is an adviser to the National-Local Joint Engineering Laboratory for Eucommia Comprehensive Utilization Technology. More than 20 years ago he set the course for the comprehensive industrial development of Eucommia centered on its samaras, leading his team to invent a rotary-tearing dry dehulling, screening and separation device for Eucommia samaras that solved the dehulling problem, and establishing a complete Eucommia rubber extraction technology system from dehulling, enzymatic hydrolysis and leaching to freeze-precipitation and drying. With over 20 granted patents, his team produced 40% crude rubber and 98% refined rubber from Eucommia samara hulls.
He also pioneered high-value utilization routes for Eucommia samaras: extracting Eucommia seed oil by supercritical CO2 to produce the linolenic acid soft capsule 'Jinxuekang', preparing multi-specification aucubin products from kernels, and guiding enterprises in developing foods such as Eucommia dark-tea solid beverages and Eucommia tofu. As Deputy Director of the Expert Committee of the China Eucommia Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance, he has long provided technical and strategic consulting for the Eucommia industries of Hunan, Guizhou and Shaanxi, and is hailed as one of the trailblazers of the comprehensive Eucommia utilization industry.
