事迹
我国天然橡胶约八成依赖进口，航空轮胎用胶更长期被国外垄断。沈阳化工大学方庆红团队向这块“卡脖子”硬骨头发起冲击：2016年，全球第一条杜仲胶航空轮胎在合作企业车间下线；2017年经中国石油和化学工业联合会鉴定为“杜仲胶应用于航空轮胎属国际首创”。
该轮胎耐磨性提升30%、生热降低15%、使用寿命延长20%，并通过同规格最高速度级别(401km/h)动态模拟实验。团队还拓展出杜仲胶电磁屏蔽与吸波、形状记忆、自修复、防腐涂层等功能材料，发表论文60余篇、著有《杜仲胶功能材料》，获辽宁省技术发明一等奖——让这棵“中国独有之树”成为打破国际垄断的“争气树”。

Story
China imports about 80% of its natural rubber, and aviation-tire rubber was long monopolized abroad. The team of Fang Qinghong at Shenyang University of Chemical Technology took on this bottleneck: in 2016 the world’s first Eucommia-gum aviation tire rolled off a partner’s line, and in 2017 experts certified that “applying Eucommia gum to aviation tires is a world first”.
The tire showed +30% wear resistance, −15% heat build-up and +20% service life, passing dynamic tests at the highest speed class for its size (401 km/h). The team also developed EM-shielding, shape-memory, self-healing and anti-corrosion materials, published 60+ papers and a monograph, and won Liaoning’s top invention award — making this China-only tree a symbol of breaking foreign monopolies.
