事迹
黎云昆是教授级高级工程师，曾在林业部科技司、国家林业局科技发展中心和造林司任职40余年。退休后他出任中国林业产业联合会杜仲产业发展促进会会长，成为连接政府林业政策与杜仲产业界的关键人物，历年全国杜仲产业发展高峰论坛几乎都有他的主旨报告。
他既关注杜仲资源培育的顶层设计，也积极参与药食同源、森林食品等政策讨论，强调以食疗大健康拓展杜仲市场。从2011年吉首首届论坛到2024年北京论坛，他十余年间持续为杜仲产业鼓与呼，是杜仲产业协会体系中最具代表性的组织者之一。

Story
Li Yunkun is a professor-level senior engineer who served for over 40 years in the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Forestry, the Science and Technology Development Center of the State Forestry Administration, and the Afforestation Department. After retirement, he became President of the Eucommia Industry Development Promotion Association under the China Forestry Industry Federation, serving as a key figure connecting government forestry policy with the Eucommia industry; his keynote reports have been a fixture of the National Eucommia Industry Development Summit Forum over the years.
He focuses both on the top-level design of Eucommia resource cultivation and on policy discussions around medicine-food homology and forest foods, emphasizing dietary-therapy-based health as a way to expand the Eucommia market. From the first forum in Jishou in 2011 to the 2024 Beijing forum, he has championed the Eucommia industry for over a decade, making him one of the most representative organizers in the Eucommia industry association system.
